Ideal for Charmat method sparkling wines: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, this glass favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion. The narrow opening helps the concentration of the perfumes.

Description

The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Dry Primo Franco is one of the "warhorses" of the Nino Franco winery located in Valdobbiadene, in the Treviso countryside; in these lands teeming with vineyards, the company cultivates expanses of vineyards, according to the canons of organic viticulture. Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Dry Primo Franco is produced with these methods from glera vines, otherwise known as prosecco. After the harvest, the best bunches are selected and placed in the winemaking process. The grapes in the cellar are crushed and destemmed, after which the must is left to cool and finally to ferment at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Before being bottled, it undergoes a second fermentation in an autoclave and finally it is left to mature in the bottle, for at least thirty days, according to the Charmat method. What you get is an intense, lively but very balanced sparkling wine. Scented, elegant, light, fragrant, to be consumed immediately as an aperitif. The 1.5 liter Magnum format is a real rarity!
