'11 Filari' Primitivo di Manduria DOCG Sweet Natural Cantine San Marzano 2019 - 50cl

Produced with Primitivo grapes, the 11 Filari Primitivo di Manduria DOCG Dolce Naturale wine of Cantine San Marzano was born in the vineyards present in the municipalities of San Marzano and Sava, in the province of Taranto, where the soil, the sun and the wind of Puglia create the conditions optimal for extraordinary crops. The wine takes its name from the grapes used, which are grown and harvested exclusively in 11 rows planted in the traditional sapling method and where the plants are over 60 years old. The Cantine San Marzano , which with dedication and respect for tradition produce this wine, are among the most important in the Apulian wine scene; the cooperative is made up of over 1,200 members and has vineyards that extend over approximately 1,500 hectares in the enchanting Salento. 11 Filari Primitivo di Manduria DOCG Dolce Naturale macerates for 10 days on the lees and finishes the refinement process in French and American barriques for 12 months. The product is immediately drinkable and has a full, round and fully harmonious taste.
