Enotria, an ancient territory of famous wine production, including a large part of Calabria: we are talking about at least 2500 years ago ... Since then it has come a long way and today the Calabria of wine is experiencing a moment of great rebirth with the enhancement of its native vines : above all Gaglioppo, Magliocco, black and white Greco and nine DOC wines (among these, the famous Cirò): it is therefore increasingly a protagonist on the national and international wine scene, with an export share of 50%, of which almost a third outside the EU. Over ten thousand hectares of vineyards distributed in the five provinces of the region, managed by 80 wineries, a real revolution in the name of quality!
