'Aedes' Etna Bianco BIO The Keepers of the Vineyards of Etna 2022

Aedes Etna DOC Bianco Bio is a white wine with intense aromas, produced by the I Custodi delle Vigne dell'Etna winery, a reality that brings together various winemakers united by the desire to enhance this unique terroir. The label is mainly obtained from the vinification of Carricante grapes, present for 90%, to which are added other white grape varieties allowed by the denomination. The vines are cultivated with the traditional sapling system, capable of preventing damage caused by too strong winds and ensuring perfect nourishment for the plants. When they reach full maturity, the bunches are carefully selected by hand and transported to the cellar. Here the destemming takes place first and then the fermentation in steel tanks. Inside the same containers the wine ages for a minimum period of 6 months. Aedes Etna DOC Bianco Bio is a wine to be enjoyed ideally already after bottling, when it expresses itself in all its freshness and fragrance.
