'Afix' Riesling Venezia Giulia IGT Jermann 2020

Afix Riesling Venezia Giulia IGT is a mineral white wine, made by the Jermann winery. It is obtained from the exclusive vinification of Riesling grapes, a variety originating from the German territory which for centuries has found, in the denomination, a perfect environment to thrive. The mineral richness of the typical substrate of the Collio in fact gives the grapes a great elegance, as well as a remarkable sapidity. The plots are located in the province of Gorizia and are managed with a view to protecting the balance of the ecosystem. When they reach full maturity, the bunches are selected in the vineyard before being transported to the cellar. Here the alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously, inside large thermo-conditioned steel tanks. The refinement also takes place in steel tanks which allow the characteristic scents of the vine to be preserved. Excellent right from the start, Afix Riesling Venezia Giulia IGT is a white that boasts good potential for further evolution up to 3 years.
