Gin Sorgin Alembic Classic 70 cl

Gin Sorgin 43° , produced by the Alambic Classique company, represents a very original expression, which stands out in the panorama of French distillates. Sorgin is a term of Basque origin that indicates popular figures known as sorcerers, who cheer up the villages during the night with their good humor and tireless energy. Inspired by this concept, the esteemed oenologists François Lurton and Sabine Jaren, particularly experts in the enhancement of the Sauvignon vine grapes, created this gin, which stands out for its pleasant freshness. By distilling the excellent Sauvignon wine, juniper and some selected aromatic herbs, including violet and broom, inside the classic copper stills, a gin is obtained which also fully enhances the characteristic primary notes of the grape. By virtue of its unique characteristics, Sorgin is ideal for mixing in cocktails, as well as for tasting on its own. It keeps all its aromas if carefully stored in the cellar.
