'Altrovino' Costa Toscana Rosso IGP Duemani 2020

The Altrovino red wine from the Duemani winery is obtained from a delicate blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes. This winery can be defined as a truly modern company thanks to a biodynamic cultivation of the grapes. The vineyards are located on hills at an altitude of 200 meters on soils characterized by a base of white tuff which mixes with clay making the grapes particularly rich in mineral salts. All this gives a complete structure to this uniquely flavored wine. The production process is also very particular, which first of all provides for maceration in cement containers at a controlled temperature to move on to maturation in truncated conical French oak vats to go directly to bottling without undergoing any treatment. The result is a full-bodied and robust red wine that perfectly harmonizes the fruity aftertaste of Merlot with the aromatic and balsamic note of Cabernet. All in all, a savory and fresh wine at the same time, ideal for any occasion.
