Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Archineri Etna Rosso DOC is a wine that is born in the Pietradolce cellar. The company is managed by two passionate and determined brothers who have decided to make the most of the land and its products. The grapes come from the Nerello Mascalese vineyards, cultivated on lands exposed north of Etna, at about 700 meters above sea level and rich in sand and skeleton. After the manual harvest, through a careful selection of the bunches, fermentation and maceration is carried out in contact with the skins, for 18 days. Then we proceed with the refinement in French oak tonneau for a period of time equal to 14 months. Before being put on the market, the wine needs to rest for a few months in the bottle, in order to acquire greater expressiveness Archineri Etna Rosso DOC is an intense and structured wine that lends itself well to ready to drink, but can evolve in the cellar for about 7 years before of the tasting.
