Description

"Arioso" by Campo Alla Sughera is the classic white of the Tuscan coast, produced with 100% Vermentino grapes. It is a wine with a Mediterranean profile, capable of combining the intensity of the fruit with the saline notes of the sea towards which the vineyards in the Bolgheri area are facing. In fact, these lands have proved to be very suitable for satisfying the needs of a vine such as Vermentino, traditionally a lover of Mediterranean, hot and windy climates. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 °C. The wine rests for a few months in steel tanks and ends the refinement with a few months in the bottle. Perfect as an aperitif, it pleasantly accompanies fish dishes that are not too structured.
