'Avizoise' Champagne Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Agrapart 2015

Avizoise Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru , excellent champagne from the Agrapart winery , comes from selected parcels in vineyards over fifty years old: Robarts and Voie d'Epernay, located in the town of Avize in the Côte de Blancs. It is made with 100% Chardonnay, which is grown on the typical chalky soils of the area. The maison Agrapart et Fils is a historic company, nowadays managed by the brothers Pascal and Fabrice, who take care of every step of the production with passion. Avizoise Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is a champagne with AOC denomination of great quality and refinement, in which all the organoleptic peculiarities of the territory can be found. Fermented on the lees in oak barrels, after which it undergoes a long refinement in the bottle, according to the Champenoise method, where it acquires aromas and particular scents to be discovered with every sip.
