Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 2-3 years.

Description

Barbaresco DOCG is an elegant red wine from Francesco Rinaldi & Figli , a production company that has contributed to making this denomination prestigious. As evidence of the recognized value of this label, the vinification of only Nebbiolo grapes takes place in the area adjacent to the Barolo. The vines grow on the hills of the Barbaresco area, where they enjoy ideal soils to encourage vigorous growth. To ensure high quality standards, the manual harvest implies a selection of the bunches. In the cellar, the grapes are placed in stainless steel tanks, where the fermentation in contact with the skins takes place at a strictly monitored temperature. The subsequent refinement lasts at least two years, a period in which the wine rests in medium-sized Slavonian oak barrels and acquires complex scents. Barbaresco DOCG is a ready wine, but it expresses itself at its best after careful storage in the cellar for 4-5 years.
