'Berg' Pinot Bianco AA DOC Cantina Colterenzio 2020

The Berg AA Pinot Bianco DOC white wine from Cantina Colterenzio is one of the flagship products of this famous cooperative reality. The vineyards used for the Berg are located in the Eppan Berg area, at the foot of Mount Mendola and are located on stratified morainic soils limestone which, combined with the favorable climatic conditions, provide excellent quality grapes. To obtain the Berg AA Pinot Bianco DOC white wine , only Pinot Bianco grapes are used, rigorously harvested by hand. After a light pressing they are sent for fermentation which takes place in wooden vats at a controlled temperature, with bâtonnage performed on a regular basis. Then follows a period of aging for 10 months on its own yeasts in wood. The result is a balanced and well-structured white wine, easy to drink, harmonious and persistent.
