White Amalfi Coast DOC Marisa Cuomo 2022

Bianco Costa d'Amalfi DOC is a light and fragrant wine produced by the Campania winery Marisa Cuomo . The label is the result of a blend that includes Falanghina and Biancolella, two native white berried varieties present in balanced percentages. On the scenic terraces overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea the vines are grown using the traditional pergola and espalier systems. The plots are located in Cetara and Raito and boast a soil rich in limestone and other minerals, which lend themselves to giving the grapes a marked elegance. The harvest, with manual selection of the best bunches, is followed by the vinification phase, which begins with the pressing and continues with the fermentation in steel vats. In the same tanks, the wine is left to age for about a couple of months. Bianco Costa d'Amalfi DOC is a wine designed to be ideally appreciated after bottling, when all its pleasant freshness emerges.
