Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
The Bolgheri Rosso Superiore DOC Tenuta Le Colonne is an elegant wine made by the Tuscan winery Dievole . To produce this label, Cabernet Franc grapes are mainly used, present for 80%. To these are added grapes of the Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) and Petit Verdot (10%) varieties. The vineyards are located on land with a high concentration of sand and a south-west exposure. These factors have a positive effect on the elegance and sugar concentration of the bunches, whose maturation is carefully checked before the harvest. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in concrete tanks, where the grapes remain for 13 days. The refinement involves two distinct phases: first the wine is placed for 2 years in French oak barrels, to continue to evolve in the three months of rest after bottling. Bolgheri Rosso Superiore DOC Tenuta Le Colonne is a wine that can amaze even after more than 5 years of storage in the cellar.
