Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

Description
The Vigna Schiena d'Asino Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is a wine that is born in the Mastrojanni cellar of Montalcino. The company represents an important reality in the area and, founded in 1975, has been appreciated all over the world for the production of fine wines. The grapes come from Sangiovese vines, grown on soils rich in clay, limestone and pebbles and favored by the region's mild climate. After the accurate harvest, only the best bunches are selected and subjected to fermentation on indigenous yeasts. Subsequently, we proceed with the refinement which takes place for 36 months in oak barrels. Before being put on the market, the wine needs a further rest period of 12 months in the bottle. All stages of wine processing are carried out with absolute respect for the territory, in order to best preserve the authenticity of the product. Vigna Schiena d'Asino Brunello di Montalcino DOCG it is an intense and enveloping wine, which is well suited for immediate drinking, but can also rest in the cellar for over 10 years.
