Brut Rosé Franciacorta DOCG Bellavista 2020

Bellavista 's Brut Rosè Franciacorta DOCG sparkling wine is a refined and elegant product that fully expresses the territory of origin. This sparkling wine comes from vineyards located in the heart of Franciacorta and is produced in extremely limited quantities. It is obtained from a cuvée made up of 62% Chardonnay grapes and 38% Pinot Noir grapes; Thus a sparkling wine comes to life that combines freshness and elegance with a note of structure and personality conferred precisely by Pinot Noir. The grapes for making this Brut Rosè Franciacorta are harvested by hand and only the best bunches, the result of a careful selection will be used for winemaking. There are about 30 base wines used in the cuvée, a part of which are aged in small white oak barrels; we then proceed to the actual sparkling process according to the Classic Method, where the refinement on the lees in the bottle lasts for 36 months. The result is a sparkling wine rich in harmony and very balanced, a fine and persistent perlage, with a wonderful and luminous pink colour, intense aromas of wild strawberries, rose petals, citrus fruits and apple on the nose. Soft and enveloping on the palate, with amazing freshness and minerality.
