Cabernet Breganze Red DOC Maculan 2021

Breganze Rosso DOC "Cabernet" is a wine with balanced tannins and a velvety and enveloping body. It is a product of the Maculan winery, located on the slopes of the Asiago plateau and founded with the aim of combining the teaching of past traditions with the most modern agricultural techniques. The company is located in an area entirely suitable for viticulture: the mild climate is reconciled with a favorable composition of the soil, of volcanic origin and therefore very fertile. Considered one of the most refined creations of the cellar, the Breganze Rosso DOC "Cabernet" is characterized by a strong link with the territory and possesses the typical authenticity of non-industrial products. This red, as can be understood from the name, is obtained through the vinification of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes. These vines, originally from France, are a guarantee of quality and authenticity. The wine is left to mature in large stainless steel tanks for a year, a process which gives the final result an elegant complexity and, at the same time, a notable delicacy of flavours.
