'Cabernet Franc 'Friuli Grave DOC Bio Conte Brandolini D'Adda 2018

Friuli Grave Cabernet Franc DOC is a terroir red produced in the Friuli Grave Denomination of Controlled Origin area. The wine is offered by the Conte Brandolini D'Adda farm, famous for its winemaking successes, which began in the 1980s under the leadership of Brandino Brandolini D'Adda. This commendable label takes shape from the single-variety vinification of Cabernet Franc grapes, the fruit of vines grown on soil of alluvial origin, which is characterized by a large stony presence. The vineyards also enjoy a strong temperature difference between day and night. All peculiarities which, together, favor the concentration of aromatic substances in the grape. A red of considerable interest, which takes shape from a careful harvest. After harvesting, the bunches are transferred to the cellar, where they undergo a classic red vinification. Subsequently, the Friuli Grave Cabernet Franc DOC ages in wood. The end result is a robust red wine. A label of great substance, for a dry and gritty wine, like a real Friulian.
