The Champagne Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru AOC is produced in the prestigious Le Mesnil cellar in the Champagne region, in France. La Maison is a cooperative of winemakers, founded about 80 years ago and represents one of the historical realities of this area. The grapes come from the Chardonnay vineyards grown on the suitable hills facing east, where the mild climate and the soil rich in chalk favor the best expression of the grapes. All stages of vinification are carried out with the utmost attention and experience, thanks to the modern structures present on the farm, which allow for optimal monitoring. In order to allow the wine to reach the right refinement and enrichment, the wine is left to rest on the lees, in the cellar, for about 60 months. Champagne Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru AOC is an intense and balanced wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but with excellent aging potential.
