Description

The renowned and excellent Champagne Rosé Brut Magnum from the Ruinart winery is obtained thanks to a balanced blend of Pinot Noir grapes for 55% and Chardonnay for 45%. The vineyards that supply these exceptional grapes are located in the heart of the Champagne region, where they enjoy both a very fertile soil structure and climatic conditions that favor the growth of the vines. When we talk about this winery we are referring to the oldest of the French Maisons which has always stood out for the production of champagne with a unique structure, which make it a point of reference for the entire sector. To produce Champagne Rosé Brut Magnum each phase of the production cycle is treated with great attention. Starting with the harvest, done by hand to select the best bunches. Fermentation takes place in steel containers followed by the second fermentation using the Champenoise Method with subsequent refermentation in the bottle and long aging on the lees. The result is an elegant and refined champagne, balanced and fresh, in the glass we find an antique pink color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is truly fruity, with notes ranging from the more exotic ones such as lychee and passion fruit, to other red and crunchy ones such as raspberry and wild strawberry. In the mouth it is really greedy, fresh and sapid. One of the best interpretations of Champagne Rosé, suitable for all occasions, from an aperitif based on cold cuts to salmon-based fish preparations, or for elegant end of a meal. A Champagne Rosé Magnum perfect for a big toast! The 1.5 liter Magnum format is perfect for any long aging in the cellar or for a large group of guests at dinner!
