'Ciampagnis' Chardonnay Friuli Isonzo DOC Vie di Romans 2021

The Chardonnay Ciampagnis white wine from the Vie di Romans winery is obtained using only Chardonnay grapes. The soils on which the vines are grown are red in color due to the high presence of iron and aluminum oxides. Added to this is the good climate that characterizes the Friuli region which ensures an ideal development of the vines with excellent quality fruit. The great experience of the cellar allows the production of delicious wines thanks to the combination of craftsmanship and technological innovation. The production process of the Ciampagnis Chardonnay wine involves a harvest done by hand with a careful selection of the grapes to use only those of the best quality. After a light pressing, we move on to the alcoholic fermentation in large steel vats before making the refinement on the lees. In this way a pleasant and fragrant wine is obtained, with a good structure, with a delicate aromatic and fruity vein. Good aging potential.
