'Colbajè' Pinot Grigio Friuli Colli Orientali DOC La Tunella 2021

Colbajè Pinot Grigio Friuli Colli Orientali DOC is an aromatic white wine produced by the La Tunella winery. It is obtained from the vinification of Pinot Grigio grapes only, a vine that lends itself to giving life to wines with unique color nuances. The vineyards are located on the "ponca", which is the typical substrate of the denomination, composed of marl and sandstone. The cultivation method and great attention to sustainability ensure optimal growth conditions for the vines. Once the ideal degree of ripeness has been reached towards the end of September, the best bunches are selected and harvested by hand. The grapes are delicately pressed and then left to ferment in stainless steel tanks at a monitored temperature. The refinement takes place in large Slavonian oak barrels. Colbajè Pinot Grigio Friuli Colli Orientali DOC is a white wine that can be appreciated immediately, as well as after 3-4 years of rest in the cellar.
