'Dola' Muller Thurgau Pfitscher 2023

This Dola Muller Thurgau is a light and fine white wine that comes directly from the high mountain lands of the municipality of Fiè allo Sciliar, in South Tyrol. Since 1861 the Pfitscher family has been passionately dedicated to the production of wines that synthesize the character and elegance of this exclusive terroir. This white wine is made with 100% Muller Thurgau grapes, an aromatic and very delicate vine. Thanks to the temperature ranges and the sandy soil, rich in minerals, of the Bassa Atesina, this grape variety finds its best expression here. The vinification takes care of in all its phases, takes place in a CasaClima certified cellar with a low environmental impact. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with natural yeasts and aging in glass bottles. Dola Muller Thurgau is an immediately drinkable white, to be enjoyed daily. Persistent and balanced, it is perfect to accompany a lunch or dinner with friends.
