Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Doppio Erre Di Franciacorta DOCG Brut is produced by the Brescian winery Derbusco Cives , a reality that stands out for its ability to innovate the denomination. The label is the result of the vinification and sparkling process of Chardonnay grapes, to which is added 15% of Pinot Noir grapes. The vineyards are located on soils characterized by considerable mineral wealth, which give great finesse to the berries. When they reach the ideal level of ripeness, the bunches are selected and harvested by hand. In the cellar, the alcoholic fermentation takes place both in steel tanks and in oak barriques. In line with the provisions of the Classic Method, the wine ages during the second fermentation in the bottle for at least two and a half years in contact with the lees. The disgorgement is delayed until just before being placed on the market and involves a small addition of dosing liquid. Doppio Erre Di Franciacorta DOCG Brut can be appreciated immediately, as well as after 2 or 3 years of further evolution in the bottle.
