Etna Bianco DOC Tornatore 2022

Etna Bianco DOC is a fresh and fragrant white wine produced by the Tornatore winery. The label is the result of the single-variety vinification of Carricante grapes, a native variety that has been widespread in Sicily since ancient times. The terraces that house the vineyards rise to 650 meters above sea level. The context is particularly favorable for a luxuriant growth of the bunches, which when they reach full maturity are selected and harvested manually. Once in the cellar, the grapes are de-stemmed and delicately pressed. Then follows the alcoholic fermentation in concrete tanks, with a racking of about three months inside the same containers. The refinement can have a variable duration between four and six months and always takes place in large cement tanks. Etna Bianco DOC is a wine designed to be best appreciated shortly after bottling, when the varietal scents emerge strongly.
