'Field Marshal von Fenner' Müller Thurgau Riserva AA DOC Tiefenbrunner 2020

The white wine Müller Thurgau Feldmarschall from the Tiefenbrunner winery is obtained using exclusively the excellent Müller Thurgau grape. The vineyards are cultivated in the heart of the Favogna plateau, at an altitude of about 1000 meters (extreme viticulture), on calcareous and clayey soils with ideal climatic conditions. The vines grow optimally producing delicious quality grapes. The activity of this company is ancient and has always proposed the same objectives: quality wines, enhancing the territory and perfectly mixing tradition and innovation. The Müller Thurgau Feldmarschall white wine has a very meticulous production cycle. Immediately after harvesting, the grapes are lightly pressed and fermented on lees first in steel and then in concrete. Maturation takes place subsequently first in steel and then in oak barrels before aging in the bottle. The result is a fresh and fragrant wine, of medium structure, slightly aromatic and fruity which is suitable for consumption on important occasions.
