Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The Fiano di Avellino Radici white wine from the Mastroberardino winery is obtained using exclusively Fiano grapes. Since 1878, this winery has dedicated passion and work to the vineyard, perfectly combining territory, craftsmanship and technological innovation. The vines, which have an average age of about 15 years, are cultivated at about 500 meters above sea level. The sandy soils rich in mineral salts combined with the excellent climatic conditions allow for excellent quality grapes to be obtained. The passion for the work of this company finds its best expression in the production cycle. The bunches are harvested exclusively by hand to then start the fermentation which takes place in steel tanks. The refinement process involves only the use of bottles. All this allows the achievement of a wine of exceptional workmanship, delicate and refined, with an enveloping body and a delicate fruity and floral aftertaste. Ideal to accompany moments of conviviality with friends or to spend a romantic evening.
