Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

Barbaresco Gallina DOCG comes from vineyards located in the best wine-growing areas of the Langhe. In the locality of La Morra, in the province of Cuneo, in fact, the Oddero company is located which, thanks to the experience of a family of winemakers for over 2 generations, gives life to this typical red wine of Piedmont. Elegant and devoted to aging, it comes from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, aged in oak barrels for 24 months and perfected for another 6 months in the bottle. The perfect expression of a terroir particularly capable of giving wines of excellence, the Barbaresco Gallina DOCG tells with precision and pride the peculiarities of the prestigious denomination to which it belongs: son of both young and old vines, between rows planted 50 years ago and others in more recent times, it feeds on a marly soil rich in fine sand. Its grapes, pampered by the mild climate of the eastern area of Alba, give life to a fine wine characterized by a remarkable structure and a good balance between acidity and tannin.
