Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
The Gavi DOCG White Label of the La Scolca winery is made in full respect of a centuries-old tradition. In fact, only Cortese grapes are used, grown on the slopes of the hills around Rovereto, an area with a good soil structure and excellent climatic conditions for the development of the vineyards. A perfect balance between artisan production techniques and the use of modern technologies allows to obtain wines with an excellent structure and absolutely unique. To obtain the Gavi DOCG White Label we start with a meticulous harvest during which only the healthiest bunches that have reached optimal ripeness are selected. Immediately afterwards we move on to vinification with fermentation at a controlled temperature, to end with a period of aging in the bottle. The result is a well-structured, harmonious and fresh-drinking white wine.
