Gewürztraminer Alto Adige Valle Isarco DOC is an aromatic white wine made by the Dolomites winery Strasserhof . It is obtained from the exclusive vinification of Gewürztraminer grapes, a vine native to Germany which stands out for its intense and unmistakable aromas. On the owned vineyards, the twenty-year-old vines meet an ideal environment to be able to produce healthy bunches capable of reaching perfect maturation. The manual harvest begins in mid-October, which involves the selection of the best grapes. Once they arrive in the cellar, the grapes are delicately pressed and left to ferment spontaneously inside large steel tanks. The subsequent refinement also takes place in steel containers, which lasts for a period of about seven months before bottling. Gewürztraminer Alto Adige Valle Isarco DOC is a white that can be satisfactorily enjoyed immediately, as well as following a further evolution of a couple of years.
