'Golalupo' Pinot Nero Riserva Trentino DOC Endrizzi 2019

Golalupo Pinot Nero Riserva Trentino DOC is a great refined red wine produced by the Endrizzi winery, a reality that has always valued the characteristics of the denomination. This label is obtained from the vinification of Pinot Noir grapes only, grown in an old and precious vineyard located in San Michele all'Adige. Between the rows, the company's work reflects the utmost respect for the ecosystem. After the harvest, the vinification begins with a first alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, which is followed by the malolactic fermentation. For this second step, the company prefers the use of small barriques, which give the wine softness. The refinement is inspired by a similar principle and involves a rest of a year and a half in oak barrels, where the wine acquires even more complex scents. Golalupo Pinot Nero Riserva Trentino DOC is excellent right from the start, but can reserve pleasant surprises even after 3-4 years of careful storage in the cellar.
