It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
The governo all'Uso Toscano wine from the San Leonino winery is an elegant and refined red wine produced depending on the vintage with a prevalence of Sangiovese grapes and small percentages of complementary vines. Intensely colored, it has a complex nose with notes of ripe fruit, cherry and plum but also jam, tobacco and wet earth. In the mouth it is soft, round, enveloping and well balanced, with a persistent and pleasantly tannic finish. The Government all'Uso Toscano from the San Leonino winery is a wine that pairs perfectly with meat dishes, game and mature cheeses. An excellent choice to accompany important dishes and share the pleasure of a great wine.
