Description

From 100% Pinot Bianco grapes, with an age of the vines of about 20/30 years, this sumptuous South Tyrolean wine is born. The vinification and fermentation are traditional, therefore: short maceration on the skins, fermentation below 18°C in steel, maturation for 6 months on the lees. At the glass we find it yellow and greenish. Elegant, fresh and fruity notes, reminiscent of green apple and hints of citrus. The taste is dazzling and very mineral with a long and lively aftertaste. Really exciting!
