Joaquin Fiano JQN 203 Piante a Lapio is born purely from Fiano vines, typical of the Avellino countryside, where this grape was already known in ancient Roman times, who used it for high quality wines. This, in particular, is one of the characteristic numbered labels of the Joaquin winery, owned by Raffaele Pagano which is inspired by the most ancient traditions without neglecting, however, the right dose of modernity. To carry out his ambitious project, he carefully sought out the oldest vines among the farmers of the area, right in the cradle of Fiano, Lapio, a small town in the valley of the Calore river. Here are the best terroirs that ensure these centenary vines the conditions suitable for a correct and balanced maturation, giving the Joaquin Fiano JQN 203 Piante a Lapio extraordinary organoleptic characteristics. The refinement in chestnut barrels, made with Agerola wood, limits oxidation, favoring the concentration of the distinctive scents of this precious white wine, whose qualities make it suitable for true connoisseurs.
