Ideal for Charmat method sparkling wines: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, this glass favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion. The narrow opening helps the concentration of the perfumes.

Description
The Extra Brut Millesimato Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG is a sparkling wine produced by the Treviso winery Ruggeri . It is obtained from the vinification and sparkling process of Glera grapes, an autochthonous vine characterized by delicate aromas. The area where the reference vineyards are located is that of Conegliano, which is one of the most suitable in the denomination. The work in the vineyard is inspired by the best local tradition and limits the use of chemical solutions. After the harvest, which generally takes place in September, the carefully selected bunches are vinified in white with rigorous temperature control. The fermentation ends with the second fermentation in the spring following the harvest. In line with the Martinotti Method, refermentation takes place in large tanks. The refinement involves a rest on the lees for about 3 months. The Extra Brut Millesimato Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG is perfect immediately, when it expresses itself with elegant freshness, as well as after a couple of years of careful storage in the cellar.
