'Luris' Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Depperu 2022

Luris Vermentino di Gallura DOCG is an elegant wine produced at the Depperu cellar in Luras. The company represents a typical expression of the Sardinian territory which translates into bottles of excellent quality. The grapes come from the Vermentino vineyards, cultivated on very suitable soils, located at 350 meters above sea level. The training system adopted is counter-espalier, while pruning is carried out with the Guyot system. After the harvest and the selection of the bunches, the crushing and soft pressing take place and then the must is decanted. The following process is that of alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks where refinement and partial malolactic fermentation are also carried out. At the end we proceed with the bottling and marketing. Luris Vermentino di Gallura DOCG is an intense and velvety wine, perfect for immediate tasting, but it can also rest in the cellar for a couple of years.
