Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

The characteristics of Verdicchio lend themselves well to the production of high quality sparkling wines and a discovery of grandfather's old bottles of sparkling wine gave rise to the creation of this prestigious label obtained from a careful selection of Verdicchio and Chardonnay grapes aged on their lees for 48 months, a very long time which however allows the creation of an extraordinary balance. “Dosaggio Zero” indicates that the “liqueur d'expedition” is made with the original wine, with no added sugar. Therefore a "pure" sparkling wine: the bouquet is extraordinarily intense, broad and complex; the perceptions of white chocolate and hazelnut are followed by balsamic notes and precious brushstrokes of spices, beeswax and honey. The typical scents deriving from the aging on the lees are perceptible in a very delicate and harmonious way. Conquest for the fullness perfectly balanced by the freshness that supports the taste. Its explosion of vitality leads to a finish of astonishing persistence. Amazing!
