Morellino di Scansano Reserve DOCG Morisfarms 2018

The Morellino di Scansano Riserva DOCG has been produced by the famous Moris Farm winery since 1988. An excellent interpreter of the famous Maremma terroir, it brings into the glass native grapes and international vines. In fact, its exclusive blend combines juicy Sangiovese berries, the protagonist of the bottle, with a minimal quantity of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, chosen to elegantly enhance the full-bodied structure of this great representative of the most important red wines of Tuscany. A great red, which enhances the typicality of an Italian territory famous for the production of quality wines and, at the same time, is capable of transmitting that note of originality linked to the Spanish origin of the Moris family. The Morellino di Scansano Riserva DOCG vineyards are located in Poggio La Mozza, an area where the typicality of the land intensifies the aromas of a red wine which rests and ages in barriques for 12 months before reaching the tables. It can be drunk immediately, but gives its maximum potential after long ageing.
