Description
Moscato d'Asti DOCG from the renowned Piedmontese farm Vajra is a sweet white wine that enchants the palate. Made with the utmost respect for the Piedmontese winemaking tradition, this wine is a great protagonist of the regional food and wine life. A surprising label for a terroir wine produced from grapes from three different vineyards: Riforno and San Donato in the countryside of the municipality of Mango and Moncucco in that of Santo Stefano Belbo. Moscato d'Asti DOCG comes from the vinification of pure white Moscato grapes harvested in September. After harvesting, the bunches are transferred to the cellar, where they undergo a soft pressing and a short cold decantation, then fermented in steel. The result is an elegant, delicate and persistent sweet white wine, which is characterized by its natural effervescence and very fine perlage. A particularly aromatic label, with a fresh and very savory sip, for a high quality product capable of enchanting the most demanding palate.
