Moscato Rosa Trevenezie IGT Cantina di Caldaro 2021

The Moscato Rosa from Cantina di Caldaro - Kellerei Kaltern is a sweet and fragrant wine that bears witness to the great vocation and quality of the South Tyrolean territory. It is made with grapes of the same name vinified in purity, which come from the vineyards included within the TreVenezie IGT denomination. The vines are grown facing south, respecting the environment, according to biological and biodynamic methods. The climate is mild and sunny, thanks to the proximity of Lake Caldaro. The harvest takes place around the end of August and the beginning of September. After soft pressing, the grapes ferment in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Then follows a period of 4 months of rest on the fine lees, before bottling. Moscato Rosa Cantina di Caldaro is an excellent dessert wine, ready to drink and with great acidity. With every sip it is capable of giving light-heartedness, elegance and considerable satisfaction.
