Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The Müller Thurgau white wine from the San Michele Appiano winery is obtained from the exclusive use of Müller Thurgau grapes. The vines on the hills of San Michele Appiano, in the heart of South Tyrol, are a guarantee of qualitatively excellent grapes. This is due both to the calcareous and clayey nature of the soil, which is rich in mineral salts, and to the mild climate which allows the grapes to dry perfectly. Since 1907, the cellar has made an excellent use of the products of the South Tyrolean territory, becoming a point of reference in the wine sector. The production is taken care of right from the harvest which takes place by hand and which immediately follows a soft pressing. We then move on to fermentation in stainless steel tanks and subsequent maturation in small wooden barrels. The Müller Thurgau wine is fresh and elegant, easy to drink thanks to the medium structure, with a light fruity aftertaste. Ideal to be consumed during moments of joy and light-heartedness.
