'Nadin' Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Dry Millesimato Foss Marai 2021

The Glera grapes that are grown in the Valdobbiadene area, precisely in vineyards located on the hills of Cartizze, give life to the Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Dry Millesimato 'Nadin' of the Foss Marai winery. Since 1986 this company has distinguished itself for the excellence of its products mainly due to the skilful family management which is associated with a constant search for technological innovation. This in order to improve the production cycle in respect of tradition and the excellent work of an artisan nature. The harvest of the bunches, which are chosen with almost maniacal care, takes place only when the grapes have reached a high sugar content. After a quick drying, the vinification phase is carried out with extreme care and attention, before carrying out the second fermentation. The result is a high-quality prosecco, with a full-bodied and persistent foam and an aftertaste of floral aromas. The pursuit of excellence is further confirmed by the attention to detail and in particular of the bottles characterized by an elegant and refined design.
