Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Oudeis Rosé Alta Langa DOCG Brut Millesimato is made by the famous Piedmontese winery Enrico Serafino . The label is obtained from the vinification of Pinot Noir grapes only, a vine that is expressed in an elegant and sumptuous way in the denomination. The excellent quality levels achieved by this variety depend on factors such as microclimate, substrate and exposure. After being carefully selected during the harvest, the best bunches are delicately pressed. For the fermentation, the company chooses stainless steel tanks, where the wine remains for six months. In line with the Classic Method, refermentation in the bottle requires a minimum rest of three years on the lees. After disgorgement, the "liquer d'expedition" made up of "reserve" wine and sugar is added. Excellent right from the start, Oudeis Rosé Alta Langa DOCG Brut Millesimato can further refine for a few years if carefully stored.
