Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The white wine Palai Müller Thurgau from the Pojer e Sandri winery is obtained using exclusively Müller Thurgau grapes. The cultivation of the vineyards is located in the locality of Palai, in Faedo, in the province of Trento. Here the very favorable microclimatic characteristics and the calcareous soils rich in mineral salts ensure a luxuriant growth of the vines. For over 40 years, the owners of this winery have created a perfect marriage between tradition and technology, which lead to high quality wines. The production cycle is the result of various experiments carried out over the years. The harvest starts only when the bunches have reached maturity and is done exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place with the modern hyper-reduction technique which involves the total absence of oxygen. The wine thus obtained is fresh, easy to drink, of medium body which lends itself to being consumed in moments of conviviality and light-heartedness with friends. Really worth trying!
