Pinot Blanc Collio DOC Doro Princic 2021

Pinot Bianco Collio DOC is a savory and mineral wine produced by the Friulian winery Doro Princic . This label is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Pinot Bianco grapes, a variety that finds a favorable environment in the Collio area to spread. Thanks to the rich mineral composition of the substrates, the berries acquire a pleasant complexity of scents. The practices between the rows are inspired by principles of environmental sustainability, by virtue of which the vines can grow luxuriantly until the harvest with manual selection of the healthiest bunches. Once in the cellar, the grapes are gently pressed and then subjected to spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. In the same tanks the wine is left to rest on its lees for about 6 months. Pinot Bianco Collio DOC can be appreciated already after bottling, as well as following a further evolution of 3-4 years.
