Pinot Grigio Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC Alois Lageder 2022

Pinot Grigio Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC is a refined white signed by the Alois Lageder company, true excellence of a land where viticulture has been at its best for centuries. It is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Pinot Grigio grapes, grown on the hills of Magrè and Salorno, where the vineyards of this winery are located. Thanks to the ideal climatic conditions, the grapes reach the perfect sugar concentration and a unique aromatic profile. The harvest takes place in full respect of tradition and provides for a careful manual selection of the best bunches. Following an initial soft pressing, the grapes are fermented in large stainless steel tanks at a rigorously controlled temperature. Finally, Pinot Grigio Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC ages on its lees for about four months before being bottled. It is an elegant and very fruity label, excellent for a fish dinner or delicious appetizers.
