From the precious grapes of the Elena Walch winery comes Pinot Nero-Blauburgunder Alto Adige DOC, a wine that contains the essence of the South Tyrolean territory with a fresh and delicate taste, suitable for the most important occasions. The Pinot Noir vineyards in the heart of Alto Adige produce grapes of extremely high quality potential, which give rise to Pinot Noir-Blauburgunder Alto Adige DOC. After a careful initial selection, the pressed grapes undergo an initial fermentation process in contact with the skins to best release the essence of this red wine, to then proceed with the maturation which takes place in steel and oak barrels. A fresh wine, with a marked sapidity and a decisive structure, it lends itself well to a potential aging of five to seven years to emphasize its innate characteristics. Suitable for an aperitif and throughout the meal, it finds its ideal dimension served with main courses of meat and game.
