'Pistillo' Pecorino Offida DOCG Poderi San Lazzaro 2020

The Pistillo Pecorino Offida DOCG is a wine produced at the Poderi San Lazzaro winery in Offida. It is a company located in one of the most flourishing wineries in the Marche region and stands out for its organic management and respect for traditions. The grapes come from 100% Pecorino vines, grown on soils rich in limestone and clay, located at 290 meters above sea level. All the processes in the vineyard and in the cellar are carried out with the utmost respect for nature, in order to obtain a product of high expressive quality. After the manual harvest we proceed with the alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks and then we carry out the refinement, for the duration of 4 months, in barriques. The final phase consists in bottling and placing on the market. The Pistillo Pecorino Offida DOCG is an intense and soft wine, which is well suited for immediate drinking, but can rest in the cellar, before being tasted, even for a couple of years.
