Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
The Primo Scuro Cannonau di Sardegna DOC red wine from the Mesa winery can be considered the best expression of the red grape variety of this region. In fact, for its production only Cannonau grapes are used which are characterized by an excellent quality, due both to the particular structure of the land and to the action of the wind which favors its maturation. The many years of experience of the winery allows us to ensure the production of very good quality wines. To produce the Primo Scuro Cannonau di Sardegna DOC red wine, a manual harvest is carried out to select only the best bunches; these are then destemmed and subjected to pressing, to then move on to fermentation in cement tanks and in contact with the skins for about 10 days. The refinement also takes place in the same tanks, but for a period of 6 months, before proceeding with bottling. The result is a full-bodied and structured wine, intense, tough, of great complexity and finely harmonious.
