Description
Pruno Nero Spumante Dry Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC is produced by the Modenese winery Cleto Chiarli . The label is obtained from the vinification and sparkling process of only Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes, one of the different varieties of this native vine. The plots where the vines are grown are among the most suitable areas of the region. Here the plants grow luxuriantly until the time for the manual harvest. In the cellar the grapes are subjected to a soft pressing with maceration on the skins for a couple of days. The subsequent low-temperature fermentation involves the use of modern stainless steel tanks. As required by the Charmat Method, the wine is left to age for about 6 months on its lees in an autoclave, where it keeps all the varietal characteristics intact. Pruno Nero Spumante Dry Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC is perfect to be enjoyed shortly after bottling to appreciate its aromatic profile.
